UPDATE: What did I tell you? Emily Miller from the Washington Times reports “David Gregory Gets Off Scot-Free.”
We should find out today whether the laws apply to the rich and powerful in Washington, D.C. Stop laughing, you cynical bitter clingers! I am completely serious. I just got off the phone with the press spokesman for the Attorney General’s office in D.C. and he told me that they will be sending out a statement today about this matter.
I asked on this edition of the Teri O’Brien Show, we asked “Where is the perp walk for David Gregory?” I guess we’ll find out today.
Why do I suspect we’ll get some mealy-mouthed BS about how he didn’t intent to break the law, as if that matters (just ask Adam Meckler), and which is not true, since we know his producers were informed before he performed this little stunt that he would be breaking the law?

It’s out. He won’t.

Teri O’Brien: According to the article, out of 105 people arrested and charged with this violation, only 15 were prosecuted by the AG, and of them, at least one was found not guilty by the judge, so Gregory was obviously treated like the majority and this case was not pursued. What a waste of resources that would be.

Garnet, what do you know about the individual fought not guilty by the judge? I know his story. I wonder if you do.
Teri O’Brien: I read the article Teri. Guy was going to the range with his permitted weapon and illegal clips. It was a clear violation of the law and unlike Gregory, he actually intended to use the illegal clips. However, the judge didn’t find him guilty when it was brought to trial. I don’t know why, but I suppose it was because the judge through that punishing a law-abiding citizen guilty for this offense was not in the best interest of the judicial system. That’s basically what the AG found with Gregory.
I find that liberals are at their most insufferable when they are trying to explain to us bitter clingers why their obvious hypocrisy is not as hypocritical as it seems.
