Chamber of Commerce Chickens Come Home to Roost: Somali Muslims Demand Prayer “Rights”

Chamber of Commerce, Your Cheap Labor and Country Be Damned Strategy Makes You Part of the Enemy Within

The Chamber of Commerce GOP donor class are responsible for this mess, along with the democrats.

From The Washington Times:

Nearly 200 Muslim workers have been fired from their jobs at a Colorado meat-packing plant after walking out in a dispute over accommodating prayer in the workplace.

The company, Cargill Meat Solutions, fired about 190 workers after they staged a walkout earlier this month after they say they were told to pray at home instead of being allowed to pray in a specially designated room at the plant in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

Company officials and representatives for the workers, including the Council on American-Islamic Relations, said they continue to engage in negotiations.

The dispute appears to center on the time of day at which workers are able to pray, which changes according to the season in the Muslim faith.

In a statement to 9News in Denver, Cargill said that its policy on accommodating prayer in the workplace had not changed.

“In the Fort Morgan plant, a reflection area for use by all employees to pray was established in April 2009, and is available during work shifts based on our ability to adequately staff a given work area,” said the statement.

Now some context. As you well know, the mission of this blog and of The Teri O’Brien Show is to give you what you need to be a genuinely informed citizen, with the ammunition that you need to help in the hard and crucial work of taking the country back this year. (See some examples here.) We have been chronicling Barack Obama’s “remaking” (read destroying) America project. A critical strategy in that project is changing the nation’s demographics by importing as many poor, semi-literate, 3rd world people as possible, either through amnesty, or by bringing in “refugees.” Obama and the democrats correctly view these people as future democrat voters. Why haven’t the Republicans lifted a finger to help them? You know the answer. Establishment GOP elites, the party’s donors, want cheap labor, future of the country be damned.

This story out of Fort Morgan, CO today demonstrates the toxicity of the relationship between the socialists in the democrat party and the Establishment elites from the Chamber of Commerce. Both groups are greedy and don’t give a rat’s hind end about the future of this country, as long as they accomplish their goals of personal enrichment and power. Cargill, in its desire for cheap labor, is directly responsible for destroying the distinct American culture of assimilation that has allowed our country to be that shining city on a hill that the Pilgrims envisioned. They conspired with one of those “religious” do-gooder groups that make millions contracting with the State Department to bring in cheap Somali labor. This situation in Fort Morgan is the result.

Demanding special “rights” to pray> I’ve got news for everyone (except those who you who know this fact already). That’s sharia law, Folks.

You need really need to read this 2001 story from the Denver Post. Note the typical LSM sympathy for the “refugees,” along with the equally typical denigration of those who are concerned about the future of their community.

Is it time to let these businesses like Cargill that we don’t want their products if they come with the destruction of America? I think so. That’s the only thing that they will understand; that is, a punch in the pocketbook.

What say you, Fellow Patriot? Mr. Trump, can you help us?

  1. The story was in my Colo Springs Gazette. The company said:
Last week, Mike Martin, director of communications for Cargill, told the Greeley Tribune that employees of all faiths are allowed to use a reflection area, but that because employees work on an assembly line only one or two at a time can use the area, to avoid slowing production.

He told the Tribune company policies had not changed.

The workers earn $14-per-hour and up, and are represented by a union, Teamsters Local 445. About 2,000 people are employed at the plant.
It is not cheap labor. However, since the 190 walked out, no work, no job. Cargill laid down the law. We will have to wait and see what CAIR and the union do. Want to pray, go to church or mosque. Case closed.
