Did Jack Lew Step in It on Fast and Furious? Will Anyone Else Notice? Show Notes: 7/1/12

 Is it just me, or shouldn’t someone else have noticed this stunning admission?

At the end of the show, we heard an exchange between Candy Crowley and White House Chief of Staff Jack Lew, in which he appears to respond to her question “Why did you assert executive privilege?” in the Fast and Furious matter by citing the “presidential need to get confidential advice.” When pressed if that was specific reason in this particular case, Mr. Lew said he wasn’t going to be more specific.


Lawrence O’Donnell and the Round Mound Whose Lies Astound, Michael Moore celebrate the Left’s victory in the Obamacare case, effusively praise John Roberts, and explain that this decision is just the first step down the road to single payer. Oh, there’s a shock!
