Michigan v. EPA: Temporary Setback for Obama Regime’s War on Coal

Obama’s radical EPA loses one in the Supreme Court, but it’s not time to celebrate. It’s time to get to work.

Remember this fun little clip?

Money quote: “If somebody wants to build a coal fired power plant, they can. It’s just that it will bankrupt them because they are going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted.”

And that was in January, 2008, so so much for excusing those who voted for Obama, and claim that they didn’t know.

Like all leftists, Barack Obama has an irrational, visceral hatred of American energy. He hates automobiles, because they are the essence of what it is to be a free, independent American, preferring to see us all jammed into huge, multi-family high rises, living in central cities, and using mass transit, where we are held hostage to a schedule created by some transportation Commissar. That’s what his whole scheme to destroy the suburbs, “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing,” described on yesterday’s edition of The Teri O’Brien Show, is all about.

So now comes the decision in Michigan v. EPA, a setback for the environmental wackos and the radical Obama regime, but a temporary one. It’s a 5-4 decision, folks. So are you starting to get what’s at stake in the 2016 presidential election? I hope so.
