Eric Holder’s Race Card May Have Finally Lost Its Potency

As we told you on last Sunday’s show, and the previous week’s, Eric Holder’s luck may have run out. He survived a contempt of Congress 11 months ago, with 17 democrats joining Republicans to vote against him for his stonewalling on Fast and Furious. Now there’s his May 15, 2013 testimony before the House Judiciary committee, which was “troubling,” to say the least, to both Democrats and Republicans. From The Daily Mail:

The House Committee on the Judiciary is investigating whether Attorney General Eric Holder lied to Congress during a May 15 hearing, with one Republican aide close to the investigation telling MailOnline that ‘perjury is on the table’ as one possible outcome of the congressional probe.

It’s pretty clear that he didn’t tell the truth when he said

‘With regard to the potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material,’ Holder testified, ‘that is not something that I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be a wise policy. In fact, my view is quite the opposite.’

since he signed off on the subpoena of James Rosen’s email. Not only that, he discussed it before doing so, and as we told you on The Teri O’Brien Show on 5/19/13, he had to go to three different judges to get his plan approved.

Now even liberals like Bill Press and Keith Olbermann can’t defend him anymore.

Has Mr. Holder’s black skin privilege finally expired? What say you?
