Family Ties: Marathon Bombers Case Raises Many Questions

Something has been bothering me about the Marathon bombers case. I had a difficult time putting my finger on it until this morning. You see, someone I know was forced to call the F.B.I. concerning a large investment that was not being returned per the agreement. When the Feds showed up to interview, one of the questions was “What do you want us to do?” The obvious answer, the correct answer, was “Put him in jail.” To that the agent replied, “Good, because we are not a collection agency.”

So when this was reported by The Blaze

The decision to release images of the men later identified as Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev came partly because investigators wanted to “limit the damage” being done by amateur Internet sleuths and the news media in fingering the wrong people as suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings.

it was the investigation that they were worried about, not some poor shlubs reputation. The FBI wanted the focus on these two, to the exclusion of everyone else. Is that how to run an investigation?

Sounds a lot like Alinsky’s Rule 13 to me.

Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

‘Limit the damage’ requires assistance from the media; not so difficult when you realize just whom the go to when they need to fill airtime. Let’s look at who CNN went to, Judith Kayyam. CNN foisted her upon its audience. Here is a portion of her bio:

Juliette N. Kayyem is presently the national security and foreign policy columnist for the Boston Globe and serves on the faculty at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. She most recently served for President Obama as Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental Affairs at the Department of Homeland Security. She has spent over 15 years in senior positions in state and federal government, including as Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick’s homeland security advisor, a legal advisor to US Attorney General Janet Reno, and a congressional appointee to the National Commission on Terrorism.

What this bio fails to mention is she is currently working to get cable networks to take on al Jeezera- AlGore’s former Current TV. During the Oklahoma City bombing she sent this e-mail:

From Walid Shoebat- I encourage you to read the whole post:

Speaking of the Oklahoma City bombing, that makes a nice segue to Kayyem’s apparent involvement in the coverup of a murder.

Yes, there is a paper trail.

In 1997, Kayyem was more than just a little familiar with the bizarre circumstances surrounding the death of Kenneth Michael Trentadue, who died in a federal prison in 1995. For years, the Medical Examiner refused to rule the death a suicide. On October 1, 1997, Kayyem sent an email and referred to the ‘Trentadue mission’ as being “like coordinating the invasion of Normandy”. She also made reference to ‘Eric’s schedule’, presumably a reference to then Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder.

Trentadue_Mission_EmailWhich brings us to the Saudi ‘witness’ that was going to be deported.

Who is this guy? And what is he doing in my country?

Several reports say that First Lady Michelle Obama visited him in the hospital. First he was supposed to be deported as a threat to domestic security, then he was ‘only a witness’ and being deported anyway. Now, it seems, he’s not being deported.

The House Committee on Homeland Security on Sunday emailed TheBlaze a copy of their request to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano for more information on the Saudi national originally described as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing.

The Saudi national — originally identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi — has been the topic of fierce debate in recent days, after he was reportedly set to be deported under section 212 3B of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) – “Security and related grounds” – “Terrorist activities,” after the bombing.

The story gained a curious twist when, after it gained more traction, President & Chief Content Officer for TheBlaze Joel Cheatwood received word from one of his investigative reporters that “there is now discussion that they may not allow this man to be deported.”

Makes one wonder what the heck is going on. But let’s not forget, President Obama has kin in Saudi Arabia.

Abdullah Al Ahmadi mentioned in this photo, part of the delegation thanking Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Tatal, is Virginia Goeldner’s son-in-law.

Virginia [Dunham] and Cecil met at the Boeing plant in Kansas. The two married in Wellington and had three children: One child died at the age of three and a half to cancer. That left daughter Debi, known as Laya,” and son, Kevin. Cecil and Virginia moved to Arkansas with Cecil job after the children had finished school. The Goeldners’ describe Debi as an honor student who attended the same college that her grandfather did in Lawrence, KS.

A linguistics major, Debi worked as a professor at the college in Lawrence, teaching foreign students English. “One of the students Debi taught became her husband, an Engineering student from Saudi Arabia on scholarship. He graduated a year before she did,” Virginia said. “Debi’s main emphasis was the Arabic language. She moved to Saudi Arabia with her husband after graduation, where she lives today with their five children.

Her husband, Abdullah Al-Ahmadi is a Civil Engineer and a manager with Saudi Aramco.

Virginia Goeldner said when her nephew was elected to the U.S. Senate from Illinois, she knew he would someday run for president. She just didn’t expect it so soon.

Obama’s grandfather, Stanley Dunham, was Virginia Goeldner’s brother.

There’s more. Much more.

  1. Another fascinating post from Rebel M. I can’t wait for the next chapter! What do you guys think is going on here? Who exactly is this Saudi guy? What about Kenneth Michael Trentadue?
