Yes, like a canary. Ruh roh, Granny. Your webmaster guy, Brian Pagliano, you remember him, right? The guy who took the 5th and that immunity from the Department of Justice? You don’t? You will.
From The Washington Examiner:
The former tech assistant who helped to set up a private server in Hillary Clinton’s home has provided the FBI with a range of new details, according to a Friday report.
“Bryan Pagliano is a devastating witness and, as the webmaster, knows exactly who had access to [Clinton’s] computer and devices at specific times. His importance to this case cannot be over-emphasized,” a source close to the investigation told Fox News.
The source said Pagliano had provided investigators with technical information and physical evidence, including photographs of her on the road, that would help them to discover when and how Clinton sent emails that held classified information.
Information held by Pagliano had long been sought by law enforcement officials and congressional investigators. However, he invoked his right against self-incrimination before reaching an immunity agreement with the Justice Department earlier this month.
According to the source, the FBI is honing in on 22 emails on Clinton’s server that were deemed “top secret,” particularly any that she wrote herself. “Mrs. Clinton sending them in this instance would show her intent much more than would receiving [them],” the source said. “Hillary Clinton was at a minimum grossly negligent in her handling of [National Defense Information] materials merely by her insisting that she utilize a private server versus a [U.S. government] server.”
That last sentence states the actual issue, the one that Hillary and her apologists hope everyone will forget; that is, the issue isn’t whether she sent or received emails that were “marked classified” or not. The issue is the setting up of the private server in the first place, an action taken obviously to avoid any pesky Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests.
Don’t get too excited. As noted in this post, Attorney General Loretta Lynch has already started setting us up for the decision that she will not indict Grandma.
Do you think that Hillary will be indicted? Do you think that she should be?
