Here She Goes Again: Hillary Tells Voters “Don’t Worry. Bill Will Be in Charge of Economy”

Hillary, isn’t this a little bit like women who ask their husbands to drive them everywhere because it’s too scary for them to go on the expressway?

On second thought, that’s probably not the best example since Grandma hasn’t driven a car in over 20 years.

From The Hill:

Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton is beginning to hint at what role her husband, former President Bill Clinton, could have in her administration if elected president.

At a campaign stop in Fort Mitchell, Ky., Clinton said her husband would be “in charge of reitalizing the economy.”

Given her plans to continue the destructive high tax, high regulation Obama liberal policies that have strangled the economy, it’s doubtful that Bubba will be able to work the same magic he had with Newt Gingrich in charge of the House.

Who is she kidding? Does she seriously think that she would have gotten anywhere in politics had she not married Bill? This is feminism? Hitch your wagon to a guy, and ride his coattails to victory?

Given that her policies are going to be a continuation of the slow motion train wreck that has been the Obama economy, he might just get a little bit bored, which is going to lead to this:

  1. It would be funny if it weren’t so sad. The saddest and funniest part is that she genuinely believes that telling us that she will put her husband in charge of the economy is a positive reassurance to those voters sitting on the fence and will gain her those votes.
