In the last edition of The Teri O’Brien Show newsletter, we told you about the story that many are buzzing about today, Huma Abedin’s work at a radical Muslim journal edited by her mother. Now we find out that Huma had other important jobs that we’re just learning about.
From The Daily Caller:
An email in WikiLeaks’ Hillary Clinton archive shows Huma Abedin served as the Director of Nap Time while working at the State Department.
Abedin sent the email in question to Clinton on January 11, 2013, ahead of a meeting with the French Foreign Minister.
The email did not contain a message in the body, yet the subject line reads “Reminder fabius at 3:30. Take a nap [sic].”
Don’t get me wrong. I’m a big believer in the therapeutic benefits of naps, however, since the Clinton campaign is going into orbit over questions regarding Mrs. Clinton’s health, including CNN, which characterizes any questions about Hillary’s needing help up the stairs, having to be held up by Secret Service agents, and her taking several days off to rest as “sexist,” this email is worth noting.
I will also add, as long as I’m jumping into this Hillary health issue thing, that in the letter from Hillary’s doctor that the media is widely citing to assert that she is in excellent health, the doctor mentions that Mrs. Clinton regularly takes Coumadin. You’ve probably heard it. It’s a widely prescribed blood thinner, sometimes after a heart attack, often for people predisposed to blood clots that can result in strokes. Has anyone explained why Mrs. Clinton needs to take this potent medication? Was that sexist?
