More illegal alien criminals, committing crimes Americans won’t
As regular visitors to this site and listeners to The Teri O’Brien Show know, unlike the pretend news, we have been chronicling the illegal alien crime spree that has been going on for years. Like so many other serious issues that actually affect the safety and security of you and your family, the Lame Stream Media has zero interest in reporting these stories. We watch so you don’t have to.
Toms River Police say an immigrant in the country illegally — again — tried to kill a police officer has he dragged the cop with his car while fleeing the scene of an investigation Tuesday.
Giomar Diaz, 33, whose last listed address was in the Bronx, was held in lieu of $500,000 bail on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest.
According to Toms River police, Diaz appears to be in the United States illegally and currently is being held on an additional no-bail detainer from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division. Police say the believe he was previously detained on weapons and drug charges and deported to the Dominican Republic.
Police say that Tuesday afternoon, Officer Daniel Brennan, a 15 year veteran of the Toms River Police Department, was struck by a vehicle as it fled the scene of an investigation.
Brennan was at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Office investigating a document fraud case, speaking to a man who was suspected of trying to forge and obtain fraudulent documents by using a false identity, police said.
The man — later identified as Diaz — fled on foot and entered a black Honda and put the vehicle in reverse with the driver’s door still open, police said. Brennan was trapped between the open door of the car and the driver’s seat, and dragged at least 25 yards before falling loose, police said.
From wstp.com, 10 News, Tampa:
A 25-year-old United Arab Emirates citizen who was recently kicked out of college was arrested in Central Florida on allegations of unlawfully possessing ammunition.
United States Attorney A. Lee Bentley, III says Hamid Mohamed Ahmed Ali Rehaif, 25, was admitted into the U.S. in 2013 under a student visa. He had been enrolled at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, but was terminated as a student in the fall of 2014.
When Rehaif failed to leave the country within 30 days of his termination, he became an unlawful alien.
On Wednesday, law enforcement agents made contact with Rehaif at a hotel in Melbourne, where he had been living for the last two months, paying more than $11,000 in cash for room fees. (Editor’s note: where does this mope get $11,000?)
Rehaif admitted to possessing several firearms, but said that he had recently sold or disposed of them. He also admitted to firing those weapons at two local gun ranges. Agents located rounds of handgun and rifle ammunition in his hotel room and in a storage unit that he had rented, but they did not locate any firearms.
From World Net Daily, Illegals Use Fake Border Control Vehicle
Smugglers made it nearly 70 miles into Texas with illegal aliens inside a “cloned” U.S. Border Patrol vehicle before the driver was detected and arrested.
An eagle-eyed Border Patrol agent recently spotted the fake vehicle near the town of Cotulla, Texas, and pulled it over to find 12 illegal aliens wedged inside. The agent became suspicious of the Chevy Tahoe driving ahead of him because it did not possess overhead lights typically mounted on the vehicles.
“This shows the level of deviousness and desperation these smugglers will stoop to in order to deliver their cargo,” Agent Hector Garza told Breitbart News on Friday. “They will not stop. Whether they are smuggling drugs, humans or terrorists, to them it is just about the money.”
I’ve had this one in the pile for a while, but never posted it. It’s worth reading, though.
While many Americans had just finished a Thanksgiving dinner with family, a U.S. Border Patrol agent was reportedly assaulted and injured by an illegal alien who had just crossed the border from Mexico. The illegal alien has been charged in McAllen, Texas.
The agent, identified only as Border Patrol Agent (BPA) A.M., was on a routine linewatch operation Thanksgiving night when he received a report of “illegal alien traffic,” according to a criminal complaint obtained by Breitbart Texas (attached below). The crossing was reported in an area known as District 6 in the Rio Grande Valley sector near the town of Penitas, Texas. This area is just west of the city of Mission, one of the busiest border crossing areas in the sector.
Agent A.M. was searching the area along with the assistance of other agents and a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) helicopter. They encountered a group of suspects who took off in all directions, the complaint states.
After pursuing some of the illegal aliens, Agent A.M. encountered a suspect who would later be identified as Jorge Alexander Garcia-Burgas, 36. The agent gave the suspect commands in English and Spanish where he identified himself as a border patrol agent and ordered him not to resist. Garcia-Murgas ignored the command, the complaint states.
He became combative with the agent and during the struggle the agent managed to get a handcuff on one wrist of the suspect. The suspect became more combative and began to twist the agent’s wrist in an attempt to overpower the agent so he could escape.
The agent managed to get Garcia-Burgas on the ground, but then felt a tug on his duty belt. He observed the suspect attempting to pull his service pistol from its holster. He was pulling in the proper direction to release the pistol from the retention mechanism built into the holster. At this point, the agent began to fear for his life.
