Kerry: We Can’t Respond to Orlando by Pointing Fingers at One Religion

He’s done it again! Sec. of State John “Lurch” Kerry says no pointing fingers at Muslims!

John McCain, R-Ariz., speak during his confirmation hearing to become the next top diplomat, replacing Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, on Capitol Hill in Washington. From Reuters:

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Monday warned Americans against pointing a finger at one religion or another after a gunman who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State militant group massacred 49 people at a gay night club in Orlando.

“The worst thing we can do is engage in trying to point fingers at one group or one form of sectarianism or another or one religion or another. Those are not the values of our country,” Kerry told reporters as he posed for pictures before a meeting with Cypriot Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides.

MMM… Maybe that finger pointing thing might be the SECOND worst thing we could do.  The worst thing we could do is pretending that we aren’t at war, and that there aren’t millions of fanatics determined to murder as many Americans as possible.

And if you haven’t noticed, they aren’t Unitarians.

  1. Yes, we can. We all know which religion it is.
