More Liberal Projection: Barry Says Americans Are “Lazy”

As I mentioned, on last Sunday’s show, from the tropical paradise, Honolulu, the One delivered his latest harsh critique of the rotten country of which he may or may not actually be a citizen. From the L.A. Times:

On Saturday, speaking at a business forum on the sidelines of an economic summit in Honolulu, he said the U.S. had been “lazy’’ when it came to enticing businesses to invest in America.

“But we’ve been a little bit lazy, I think, over the last couple of decades,’’ the president said. “We’ve kind of taken for granted — well, people will want to come here and we aren’t out there hungry, selling America and trying to attract new business into America.”

As tempting as it is to attribute these remarks to his embrace of the Jeremiah Wright view of racist, bad Amerika, which he and his repellant wife have expressed over and over, or to mention his administration’s serial persecution of American businesses like Boeing, perhaps what we’re witnessing is nothing more than good old fashioned liberal projection. Remember back in April, when his wife told a group of high school students “I got to push him out of bed. It’s like, ‘Get up!’ she added, to laughter from the students. “We all have those days.”

So he’s not only snory and stinky, but she has to roust him out of bed in the morning, as in “lazy?”

Oh, and by the way, Barry: people do want to come here, and your administration is desperately trying to finds ways to keep them here, despite their violation of our country’s laws,  so that you can promise to give them lots of other people’s stuff.
