SHADES OF NAZI GERMANY ?

New York State Sets Up Gun Snitch Hotline Line With $500 Award. From visiontoamerica.com:

New York State is now offering $500 to people who snitch on gun owners.

The Troy Record also has news on the tip line on their Facebook page – It is real. There is actually someone there to take your tips… So that state officials can come take your guns.

NY State has established a toll-free tip line – 1-855-GUNSNYS (1-855- 486-7697) to encourage residents to report illegal firearm possession. The tip line also allows for information to be submitted via text – individuals can text GUNTIP and their message to CRIMES (274637). The New York State Police staff the tip line 24 hours a day. Upon receiving a call, troopers will solicit as much information as possible regarding a firearm tip then contact the appropriate police agency with the lead to initiate an investigation. If the information leads to an arrest for the illegal possession of a firearm, the “tipster” will be awarded $500.

In the beginning of Adolf Hitler’s Germany, there was a similar program. Violators were are arrested during the night and simply disappeared. (Remember that DHS can now “detain” you indefinitely without trial). The “List” was eventually expanded from just Gun Owners to include labor union leaders, lawyers, judges, academics, politicians, religious leaders, and of course, jews.

Are we seeing the “end of America” as we know it? Are we about to relive one of the darkest chapters of world history? PRAY.

  1. If there was genuine widespread support for more and stricter gun control measures among the citizenry as a whole (as we are so often told that there is), there would be no need for such nefarious tactics by gun control advocates. This reminds me of the practice of having doctors interrogate children about guns in the home when the parents weren’t present. Truly sinister and Orwellian.

  2. Mr. Steen: Respectfully I say that you are free to remove your head from the Sand any time you like! Spare the insults to Teri. She did not write the Article. But I fully agree with the person who did. Try directing your insults at me. I have armor plate when it comes to your insulting ramblings. “Those who do not learn from History are doomed to repeat it.” Socrates

  3. To think that at one time the East Coast was the “Cradle of Liberty”…

  4. They never fail to live down to our expectations, do they?

  5. Mr. Steen: You seem to be an intelligent fellow. I can’t understnd why you insist to marginalize yourself. If you disagree, just say, “I disagree” as is your right. But “Ad-hominem attacks” seek to do justice. Please rise to a higher plain and join the rest of us. Please stay on topic. With respect.

  6. Teri: Not to mention the way it emulates the Soros Family, who turned in Jewish Families to the Nazi’s for profit. What a wonderful role model New York Democrats choose to follow…

  7. Yes, it’s amazing how the LSM fails to mention Soros collaborating with the Nazis when they talk about all his wonderful philanthropic work bankrolling the destruction of traditional society.

  8. Seriously? Amber Alerts? Who said anything about Amber Alerts? The reason that no one who objects to this disgusting gun snitch line mentioned Amber Alerts is that in those cases, a child is reported missing by his parent or guardian. We all want to help find missing children. What I don’t want is busy bodies, or those with an axe to grind against someone, or similar troublemakers attempting to give grief to people who may or may not be exercising their 2nd amendment rights.

  9. Jorj McKie: Did you “READ” the Article? If you did, you would have seen this: “In the beginning of Adolf Hitler’s Germany, there was a similar program. Violators were are arrested during the night and simply disappeared. (Remember that DHS can now “detain” you indefinitely without trial). The “List” was eventually expanded from just Gun Owners to include labor union leaders, lawyers, judges, academics, politicians, religious leaders, and of course, jews.” You are free to confirm this if you wish, but I assure you that not only did I do this for you, but have relatives who lived it.

  10. I’m glad that Brutus made mention of this, as I’ve been saying it for some time.

  11. I think that in Nazi Germany, as in all totalitarian regimes, the snitching wasn’t limited to guns. It was an all-out 24/7 rat out your neighbors, your teachers, your cousins, your siblings, and even your parents if they even suggested that there weren’t buying 100% into the program.
