We’ve gone from “We are the ones we were waiting for,” to “Hope and Change,” to “The Law is Irrelevant.” Given their many gangsta actions, which we have chronicled over the last 4 1/2 years, it’s not as if it’s a news bulletin that they believe that, given their many lawless actions. Still, it was very jarring to hear him admit it.
Eric Holder tells House Judiciary Committee that he doesn’t remember when he recused himself, but he does know that he didn’t do it in writing.
White House Flak Dan Pfeiffer makes a complete fool of himself as this week’s White House Mouthpiece of the week, announcing the Obama administration’s new slogan, “the law is irrevelant.” We also heard him tell Fox News Sunday’s Chris Wallace that it’s irrelevant where Obama was when 4 Americans were being murdered in Benghazi on 9/11/12.
After Sec. of Defense Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, testified last Thursday before the Senate Armed Services Committee, at least two things are very clear; specifically, Barack Obama and his minions lied to everyone about this attack that resulted in the murder of 4 Americans, not only about the cause, which was never a moronic YouTube video that no one saw, but more importantly, about his constantly monitoring the situation “well into the night.” Recall David Axelrod’s statementto Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday, two days before the election:
“Chris, as I said, immediately when word of the attack came, the president was meeting with his top national security folks. He was talking to them well into the night. He was in touch with them during the day, as – during the next day as well. So, there is no question about the fact that he was focused on this.”
Now, unless Panetta was lying to Sen. Kelly Ayote and Sen. Lindsay Graham, we know that Axelrod’s statement was a complete, unabashed lie. I’ll leave it to you to decide. Who do you think was more likely to lie? Obama’s sleazy Chicago campaign operative two days before an election, or the retiring Sec. Def Panetta? The answer is obvious.
Less obvious is the answer to the question “where was Barack Obama during the 8 hours of the attack?” We know that he jetted off to Nevada for a campaign speech the next day. But what about the time between the pre-scheduled 30-minute meeting he had with Panetta and Dempsey at 5:00 pm Eastern and the next day when he did the vanishing act to Vegas Baby!
I suspect that Sen. Graham is going to get to the bottom of this mess, but until he does, let me present some possibilities about what our wondrous Dear Reader may have been doing while heroic Americans, who had warned Washington about the danger in Libya, and had begged for more security, were dying at the hands of jihadists.
Checking hours that the Liberace Museum is open

Going over the video story with Hilary, Axelrod and Susan Rice
Reassuring Susan Rice that if she was able to make this video story fly, she would be the next Sec.of State
Reassuring John F. Kerry that he would be the next Secretary of State after he threw Susan Rice under the bus when the whole video story blew up
It will interesting to see if any of the fearless truth seekers in the LSM show the slightest desire to reconcile the many inconsistent and shifting stories of Obama and his apparatchiks. No, I’m not holding my breath.
Inexplicably, B. Hussein Obama’s campaign operation releases a ridiculous photo, purporting to show the Dear Reader skeet shooting at Camp David. Either he was shooting at a lead pigeon, which was unable to slip the surly bounds of Earth, hence necessitating that Barry fire the gun while it was held parallel to the ground, or he was aiming at John Boehner. He should have borrowed John Kerry’s “Huntin’ License” getup for this charade. The only possible explanation is that they are hoping to appeal to their low info and/or stupid supporters, who are blissfully unaware of Barack Obama’s decades long, well-demonstrated hostility to the 2nd Amendment.
Citing debunked, bogus studies, the Liberal Death Star (the New York Times) rips Gayle Trotter of Independent Women’s Forum for asserting that guns make women safer. On ABC’s “This Week,” RINO political consultant Matthew Dowd echoes the identical misinformation. and suggests we might want to repeal the 2nd Amendment.
On NBC’s “Meet the Press,” fill-in host F. Chuck Todd cites a Super Bowl ad from Mayor Bloomberg’s gun grab group and lies about the NRA changing its position on “universal” background checks, when even the ad didn’t say that. Pudgy former Obama press secretary, Robert Gibbs, agrees.
On “Fox News Sunday” the NRA’s Wayne La Pierre explains the reason that the instant background check system that the NRA supported in 1999 has been a failure.
Once again, Barack Hussein Obama demonstrates his contempt for the rule of law, the Constitution and separation of powers, with a laughable proposal to solve the “crisis” of the “fiscal cliff.” Is it just me, or does anyone else see Barry giving the country the finger and setting a trap to destroy the Republican party?
Hilarious “Spinal Tap”-like exchange between Fox New Sunday’s Chris Wallace and Tim “Turbo Tax” Geithner, Barack Obama’s designated point person on taxes. Who better? He can really pick ‘em, can’t he? Political hack Susan “I was just reading talking points” Rice on the murder of four Americans in Benghazi. Now Timmah to try to sell as $1.6 trillion tax increase.
Barack, remember when your old pal/mentor/fellow Jew and America hater Rev. Jeremiah Wright gave that fiery sermon about “American’s chickens coming home to roost?” That was a horrible remark, bashing the United States, by suggesting that we had 9/11 coming, which is what the Rev believes. The old adage “chickens come home to roost,” while inapplicable there, is much more on point when it comes to your administration’s coverup of the Benghazi disaster. As noted here, Candy Crowley gave you a temporary reprieve during last Tuesday night’s debate by jumping in to issue her non-factual “fact check” of your very arrogant statement that you had called the Benghazi disaster an “act of terror” on the next day. (The look on your face as you glared at Mitt Romney and said “proceed” almost makes it seem that you and Candy had set this exchange up in advance.) She never asked why your U.N. ambassador appeared on 5 Sunday shows on 9/16/12 to tell us a risible explanation involving some moronic video that had debuted last June, and was seen by an audience that could fit in a phone booth. Nor did she explain why she herself, two weeks later on her “State of the Union” show on CNN, asked both John McCain and David Axelrod why your administration took so long to characterize the Libya attack as the action of terrorists, as noted here, where you can also hear the audio.
Sadly, Candy won’t be with you during Monday night’s debate, the final one between you and Mitt Romney, although I’m sure she will be cheering you on while watching at home. At that time, unfortunately, you will have some ‘splainin’ to do about the many shifting stories and inconsistencies in your Libya timeline, all of which point to one conclusion; specifically, that you and your apparatchiks are lying.
Last night you went on “The Daily Show,” and in addition to describing the murders of 4 Americans with the chillingly clinical phrase “not optimal,” you said that you were completely honest with the American public about this attack. Here’s the video.
Really? You told the American people everything we knew about this attack in real time as you found out? MMM …here’s one of those inconsistencies. From the AP this morning:
The CIA station chief in Libya reported to Washington within 24 hours of last month’s deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate that there was evidence it was carried out by militants, not a spontaneous mob upset about an American-made video ridiculing Islam’s Prophet Muhammad, U.S. officials have told The Associated Press.
“[R]eported to Washington?” As Joe Biden would no doubt say, that doesn’t mean the One. He can’t be expected to know everything that’s going on in every outpost, even one that has suffered numerous attacks in one of the most dangerous places in the world. Some might say he should spend a little less time on the golf course, hanging with Jay-Z and Beyoncè, and screeching at group’s of college-age Obamabots and more time attending security briefings, but only the most racist, bitter clinging elements out there.
Recall what we heard Bob Woodward say on last Sunday’s show. He describes a document, the original request for more security in Libya, from last March in which the administration expresses a desire “normalize” the security situation, a “bad policy” in a situation that is “inherently unstable.” He said that anyone looking at it would say that we are “screwed up.” Here’s the audio: C.Wallace-B.Woodward-2-Docs
I guess it’s appropriate that we began with Rev. Wright, since it’s the ideas that you learned from him that have led to the policies that resulted in these murders.
The mother of an American diplomat killed during a terrorist raid on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi has hit out at Barack Obama for describing the attack as ‘not optimal’, saying: ‘My son is not very optimal – he is also very dead.’

Where is Kathleen "as the Secretary shall determine" Sebelius? Is it time to put her picture on a milk carton?
“Contraception” controversy has nothing to do with contraception. It’s about coercion. The so-called “compromise” is a ridiculous accounting gimmick that fools no one. At best, it allows “progressive” Catholics to pretend that there isn’t an inherent conflict between what the Regime demands and their faith requires. It’s an “accommodation,” as in the benevolent government elects to let you do something, sort of like when your dad lets you stay out past your curfew.
The bishops aren’t buying it. I hope they realize now what a mistake it was to make a deal with the devil by pushing Obamacare in the first place.
Gee, wasn’t it amazing coincidence right before the New Hampshire Debate, when dem apparatchik/ “objective journalist” George Stephanopoulos grilled Mitt Romney about contraception, which at the time didn’t seem like America’s number one issue? We played one of the soundbites during this show. (On the January 8 edition of the Teri O’Brien Show, we wondered why Georgie was like a dog with a bone with issue, and played the whole exchange.)
Critiquelator weighs in on this kerfuffle.
Does this woman really need to worry about contraception? Seriously?
Two Questions: (1) The Regime sent new WH chief of staff Jacob Lew out to all the Sunday Shows to defend Obamacare. Where is Kathleen “as the Secretary shall determine” Sebelius? Should we put her face on a milk carton? (2) As I asked back when I keynoted an Illinois Right to LIfe Dinner, why are women like Barbara Mikulski obsessed with contraception and abortion? What are they afraid of, an unfortunate accident with a loaded turkey baster?
Darth Durbin (excellent piece by Jill Stanek on Durbin’s politically motivated flip flop)
Excerpt from NBC News’ Meet the Press(unintentionally hilarious explanation by Eddie himself about why he did a 180 on the life issue; that is, the U.S. Constitution, which he previously had written did not contain a right to abortion, changed because pro-lifers are so mean.)
From the Post by Dr. Ron Paul: "The very purpose of the IRS is to transfer wealth from one group to another while violating our liberties in the process, thus the only way Congress can protect our freedoms is to repeal the income tax and shutter the doors of the IRS once and for all." Bravo, Dr. Paul. I don't agree with you about everything, but you are spot on about this one.
I admit it. I don't pay much attention to weather stories, but in view of the horrific tornado that struck Moore, OK, I thought you might want to check out some of the useful information about tornadoes and how to prepare for severe weather emergencies.
Video of the Day
Sen. Paul speaks up for capitalism and common sense at the disgraceful show trial conducted by Sen. Carl Levin (D-Idiot), who called Apple's use of the rules written by Congress as "gimmicks." I'm sure that Sen. Levin didn't try to minimize his own tax liability, aren't you? What an annoying, hypocritical gasbag! Sen. Paul was absolutely correct. Apple deserves an award, not a berating by imbeciles who couldn't run a lemonade stand. It's like Her Royal Wide End lecturing us on nutrition and exercise. Gee, I think I'm noticing a pattern with these liberals.
