Princeton students’ newest diversity demand: Stop asking if applicants have crim
This post, in which Leslie Eastman of Legal Insurrection, Temple of Mut (her site) and College Insurrection, reports on efforts by a Princeton University Group, "Students for Prison Education and Reform," to stop the university from asking applicants if they have a criminal background. MMM…What if the applicant was convicted of a "hate" (thought) crime against homosexuals? What if he was convicted of having an "illegal" gun in Connecticut? Do you think they would they be ok with asking about those things?
