Lurch is less concerned with destroying our enemies than making sure that we are kept in a state of ignorance about what they doing.
From CNS News:
Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday during an appearance in Bangladesh that the media could “do us all a service” if they didn’t cover terrorism “quite as much.”
“No country is immune from terrorism,” Kerry said at a press availability in Dhaka, Bangladesh. “It’s easy to terrorize. Government and law enforcement have to be correct 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. But if you decide one day you’re going to be a terrorist and you’re willing to kill yourself, you can go out and kill some people. You can make some noise. Perhaps the media would do us all a service if they didn’t cover it quite as much. People wouldn’t know what’s going on.” (emphasis mine)
Given Obama’s aggressive, and cynical, refugee resettlement scheme, a part of his promised transformation of the United States, which has brought in thousands of Syrian Muslims, Lurch may get his wish. Once the inevitable machete attacks at train stations, mass shootings at night clubs and trucks mowing down crowds at public celebrations become as common place as shootings in Chicago, they might not be front page news. Hillary wants to ramp up the Muslim importation program, which could make the inevitable occur sooner.
Remember Lurch is the guy who said that there was a “rationale” for the Charlie Hebdo murders. Right.
Speaking of people who don’t know what’s going on, I am starting to think that we may have a few in the Obama Regime, including a Secretary of State who, rather than destroying our enemies, wants to make sure we don’t know about their murder sprees and plots to slaughter Americans. What say you?
